I'm Jacob Ong, a BSIT graduate from the University of Mindanao currently working as a Deskside Support Engineer at Sutherland Global Services in Davao City.

My background in Level 1 & 2 IT support, network troubleshooting, and system deployment gives me a unique advantage — I understand how businesses actually operate from the inside. I've seen firsthand what breaks, what gets missed, and what keeps teams from performing at their best.
